Free and Online – ” How To Find Inner Peace Through Nature “
Nature is always revealing to us how it is to be alive, but we have become disconnected from it’s healing presence.
Eckhart Tolle teaches us that nature is a pathway to free ourselves from our mind’s preoccupation with ourselves — helping us to transcend the trap of only paying attention to the limited self. Nature helps us connect to our essence, who we are on a deeper level, which goes far beyond the thinking mind.
Whenever we go out in nature, it has a strange capacity of making us, at least for a few moments, become completely still, not thinking, and just delighting in the state of being and oneness with the universe.
Join us on September 10th when we will explore, with the aid of teachings from Eckhart Tolle and others, how by reconnecting with nature we can find stillness and peace.

A group of people coming together in a state of presence generates a collective energy field of great intensity. It not only raises the degree of presence of each member of the group but also helps to free the collective human consciousness from its current state of mind dominance.”

" Who Would You Be Without Your Story ? " Workshop - In Person and Livestream options - October 15th
We all have a story to tell about who we think we are but is it true ? Not only do we have stories about ourself but we also have stories, thoughts and opinions about our families, friends and work colleagues.
We’ve been living in our stories for so long that we don’t ever think to question them. Why would we ? Resentments, anxieties, regrets, fears. We carry this baggage around with us wherever we go and is the cause of all suffering.
Join us on October 15th when we will begin to explore these stories and discover who you are without them.
This will be an experiential workshop with practical exercises, meditations and video teachings. In person and livestream options available.
*Coming Spring 2023*
These are an opportunity for you to retreat from the busyness of day to day life and immerse yourself in the peace and tranquility of the Cornish countryside.
I will be offering weekend and week long retreats tailored to you individual needs and requirements.
These include :
- One to one time with myself to explore what you bring to retreat and what you discover during your stay.
- Meditation practice. Stillness and silence are an important part of any retreat. It is only by spending time in stillness that we can really begin to find our true self. I recommend reading Eckhart’s book “ Stillness Speaks “ before attending a retreat.
- Time in nature. We are surrounded by the wonder of nature but so very rarely see it. Spending time in nature is one of our greatest teachers.
The beautiful countryside of Cornwall offers a unique learning ground in the practice of presence.
It’s time to pause and slow down. Listen to the voice of your heart, it’s calling you home. If you are tired of life, feeling stressed, unhappy or dissatisfied with any aspect of your life, and ready for change, then a retreat may be for you. There is a different way to live. It’s time to rest, reflect and discover who you really are.
